USM CHAMPS

Beginners Package

It is specifically designed for kids with the aim of having fun and developing the sport as a hobby. It facilitates the overall progress of a child’s character.

  • This package will be supervised by a licensed coach.

  • There will be 2 sessions in a week, with each session lasting for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

  • A physio and a strength and conditioning coach along with the licensed trainer will form the coaching faculty for USM Champs.

  • A sports nutritionist will take care of the dietary intake of children with a review program every two weeks.

  • With the help of this well rounded regime which includes sporting activities as well as personality development, USM makes sure that children thrive in a healthy, exciting and uplifting atmosphere.

USM JUNIORS

Intermediate Package

The package is designed for children who have set their sights on making sports their profession.

  • More emphasis will be put on each individuals skills.
  • A Licensed Trainer with the help of a dedicated team comprising of a coach, physio, sports nutritionist and a strength and conditioning expert will closely mentor the team into achieving their goals.

  • This package also provides for 2 contact points with a nutritionist.

  • There will be 3 sessions in a week, with each session lasting for 2 hours.

  • Video analysis sessions of training and games will be held to accurately track the performance of players.

  • This package is meant for School teams as well as competitive professional teams with a common agenda of being the best at their respective sport.

  • Friendly matches will be held with other schools to add a sense of competition to the sport.

  • Guest Lectures by prominent sports personalities and sports experts will be organised for better understanding of the sport.

  • A sports nutritionist will be in charge of the food and dietary habits of the team, while a highly experienced physiotherapist will constantly monitor the muscular and structural changes of the young athletes

  • This comprehensive fitness package is designed in a way to bring out the best in a young individual while training them to become professional sportsperson.

USM PRO

High Performance Package

This package is specifically designed for kids who want to become professional athletes as we give more emphases to enhance individual skills and fitness along with the benefits of the other packages.

  • A complete Body Composition Analysis will be done at regular intervals.
  • Bespoke Fitness plans will be given to the athletes according to their individual requirements.

  • Apart from the general Video analysis athletes opting for this package will be given individual analysis on a monthly basis which will further help them to improve their techniques and rectify mistakes.
