Mission: To facilitate overall personality development of youth through sports, and to provide a high quality sporting experience by creating a
pathway for young athletes and fostering them into become professionals.

Vision: If we really want to be a good sporting nation, we need to work at grass roots level and need to open more academies with top facilities. Sport builds mentality, leadership skills, helps in setting goals, risk taking, communications skills, calculated decisions and builds confidence, just to name few skills. Sports helps an individual much more than its physical aspects alone and if you start with sports at a young age, these qualities remain with you forever.

It is with this motivation that Ullanaat Sports Management aspires to be a formidable athletic organisation with the aim of implementing these traits at the grass roots level of a child with the help of an integrated program to pave the way of developing a professional athlete.

The mood around Indian sport is optimistic. From former World No.1
badminton player Kidambi Srikanth, to Hima Das, the winner of India’s first ever track gold in the Junior World Championship, Indians are showing that their country is excelling at sports other than Cricket. With the introduction of new sports leagues in the country, people are becoming more aware of other sporting activities and have started participating in it.

But with all feelings of positivity and encouragement, majority of people in India still feel that sports will always take a backseat in front of education. This attitude greatly ruins a child’s possible future in sports.  Adding to that is India’s sports infrastructure not being up to the mark. People have no reassurance of the fact that their investments into their kid’s recreational activities will return anything positive, ever.
